The family-owned business weinor was founded in Cologne in 1960 and today employs around 450 people across four locations in Europe. The company distributes its products in 33 countries, with a primary focus on Central and Northern Europe. Its portfolio includes awnings, patio roofs, and the Glasoase®. Until 2023, the company created its extensive price lists manually in InDesign. With the retirement of the graphic designer in charge, the process became more expensive, slower, and more error-prone. With ANTEROS, weinor has standardized and automated its price list creation: prices only need to be updated once a year, while the system handles the rest quickly and accurately. Initial situation: Price lists used to be created manually and laboriously in InDesign. This posed several challenges:
